Eric Moss, owner of EA3 LLC, is a 22-year law enforcement veteran with extensive experience across multiple disciplines. Throughout his career, Eric has led investigations, supervised teams, and planned and executed operations in both rural and urban environments.
His expertise spans supervision, criminal investigations, SWAT operations, defensive tactics, and firearms instructions. He has served as a SWAT Team Member and Assistant Commander. He has provided close protection and sensitive site security in both law enforcement and private-sector roles. Eric has also worked in high-threat environments, safeguarding media personalities and conducting vulnerability assessments for clients.
Most recently, he served as a State Specialist in Law Enforcement Education at the University of Missouri’s Law Enforcement Training Institute, where he was a Primary Instructor and Continuing Education Coordinator. He specialized in Officer Survival, Defensive Tactics, Firearms Handling, De-Escalation, and Small Team Tactics.
At EA3 LLC, Eric brings this wealth experience to deliver premier training, security consulting, and risk mitigation solutions tailored to his clients' needs.

In addition to her experience in emergency services, Aimee has a proven track record in business administration and financial management. She currently works full-time for the City of Boonville, where she oversees office operations, manages billing and payroll, and ensures the efficiency of critical municipal processes.
Aimee's ability to lead, problem-solve, and thrive in high-pressure environments makes he and invaluable part of EA3. Her dedication to precision, organization, and client service helps drive the company's sucsess and maintain its high standards of excellence.
